All Property Inspections, Lock-Changes and Eviction activity is in in accordance with state and federal laws and we can undertake a range of activities, specific to your individuals needs on the files.
With the current slump in the economy, a large number of properties, both residential and commercial, are becoming vacant due to foreclosures, and repossessions.
We can assist from the initial field call enquiry and tenancy reports, to service of all defaults and Legal Court documents and subsequent Property-Lock-changes and Supervision and completion of a Court Order Eviction and Property Lock-Change, ever mindful to ensure at the time the assignment is completed that the property is secure from weather, vandals and unlawful entry. We provide detailed reports and photographs provided with all services.
The agent rings in and report at the time of the completed Lock-Change, with Property Condition Reports, Photos and any Outlay Tax Invoices, emailed or uploaded a very short time later. With our state-of-the-art web-based database we can track the file and notify you instantly when the job is complete and we are aware to ring both on first attendance at the Property Lock-Change or Evictions to the time of departing – for legal and insurance purposes.
Our basic structure for pricing varies according to location, and extent of time on site.

| Organizing the Lock-Change of a vacant property, from field call inspection to verify property vacant through to organizing the locksmith to attend, with subsequent Photos and condition report provided at the completion of each assignment. We will alert the client to any chattels, visible damages or situations that, if not addressed immediately, could lead to damages or other more serious issues for health and safety. Phone contact is made at the completion of the assignment for insurances purposes and we can deliver the keys to the nominated parties post property lock-up such as real estate agents. |

SERVICE LEVELS
Pricing varies from the Standard service levels Fee if the matter is either a Rural or Remote, based on travel requirements, wait time for towing firms, and at times overnight accommodation for very remote locations.
Standard – Same day service unless in a regional or rural area and all efforts are made to resolve the matter within the shortest possible timeframes.

Remote areas based on volume and/or mileage covered, as the regional cities of ROCKHAMPTON, GLADSTONE & MACKAY are the charge-out points, with mileage calculated from the appropriate Magistrates Court.
