All services are undertaken by qualified and experienced agents that are skilled in all areas of communication and have been trained how best to perform their task. Our agents not only reflect professionalism, they also reflect upon clients we represent. All Repossession activity is in in accordance with state and federal laws and we can undertake a range of Repossession activities, specific to your individuals needs on the files.
With Repossessions, the tide had changed from Repossessing Securities only, as many of our clients and Finance Companies prefer a method that ensures that our client’s relationship with their defaulting customer is not jeopardised, that communication is restored, with the ultimate aim, to have the account paid up in full in the shortest possible time. “Our Personal Repossession Field Call Collection Activity” continues to be a highly effective tool in motivating the customer to resolve their delinquent account, retain the asset and return to meeting the obligations under their contract.
As required however and specific to the individual instructions, Assertive action is often required, with the aim to secure the Asset for the Creditor. All our agents are capable of repossessing the security on behalf of the creditor and are mindful of the legal requirements the various contracts may require, for example the need to have a Form 13 signed by the occupier of a residential premises for a regulated account.
The agent rings in and report at the time of the completed Repossession, with Form 13’s, Repossession Statements, Vehicle Condition Reports, Photos and Police Vehicle Notification Forms (if required) and Tax Invoices, uploaded a very short time later. With our state-of-the-art web-based database we can track the file and notify you instantly when the job is complete.
As all our areas of repossession are in regional, rural or remote areas, a local tow operator is required (First Tow). We have implemented a system where we also organize for our clients the second transport to either Pickles or Fowles in Brisbane, Gracemere or Townsville, and this is organised at the time of the repossession, to reduce or have waived the storage costs for the creditor.
Our basic structure for pricing varies according to location, and the service levels required for the issued Repossession Activity.

| * Speaking directly with your customers, face to face, whenever possible * Updating demographic and contact information such as place of employment, current telephone numbers, reason for delinquency and agreement to repay. * Facilitating the full repayment of the arrears and agent’s costs within the specific timeframe (as per client instructions) * Monitoring and following up on this repayment schedule |
| * Repossessing the security from the screen or located address * All towing is organised and quotes obtained for subsequent transportation to the Auction House. Once Quotes approved for transportation our agents also organise this transportation and advised once the asset arrives at its final destination. |
| * Interviewing with family, friends and neighbours if the address is no longer current. Note: For All Repossessions; We utilise both internal and external services to locate skipped customers. Our Aim is to locate the asset and recovery this for the creditor |

Our agents are licenced and qualified, with annual training through Bee-Box and annual audits conducted. We carry comprehensive Public Liability and Professional Indemnity Insurance to five million.

Remote areas based on volume and/or mileage covered, as the regional cities of ROCKHAMPTON, GLADSTONE & MACKAY are the charge-out points, with mileage calculated from the appropriate Magistrates Court.
